Extraction – Clutter Clearing For the Soul

April 3rd, 2009

spiderwebLetting go of things we don’t need; things we know are unhealthy and unhelpful for our own good. Sounds so easy doesn’t it? But sometimes not so easy to do. There are energetic cords and other energy forms that connect us to other people and ways of thinking, feeling and being. These forms can be actually holding us in a situation we don’t want to be in but we can be unaware of their influence or lack understanding of their importance as the cause of our discomfort. They can take the form of unhealthy relationships with people, food or other substances, mind-traps and emotional patternings that have us in repeat cycles of destructive and negative behaviour.
ropeSometimes people try as they might to separate themselves from an ex-lover or from a person who has a lot of influence over them such as a dominating boss or relative and even though they walk away many times, they get drawn back into arguments or “trying to make it work” despite what their heart is saying they should do.These cords and attachments can be extremely powerful and can be placed deliberately into the field of another for the purpose of keeping them under their influence and for siphoning off their soul energy. People describe these cords in expressions like “cutting the apron strings”, or “I just can’t let go”, or “my hands are tied”, “I feel trapped” or “something keeps pulling me back”. They can appear in the energy in the form of ropes, bindings, chains or shackles sometimes with balls or weights attached, spiralling forms around the field of jagged or gritty energy, metal platings, wire, leather straps and so on.

Sometimes these energy forms can take the shape of darts, arrows, knives, bullets, needles or slivers of glass or metal. People use expressions like “he reallly put the knife in and twisted it” or name someone as a “backstabber” or speak about “if looks could kill”. The energy may be directly projected at someone deliberately to cause harm or put there unconsciously for example when we are angry or jealous of someone else.
scorpionOther times the energy can take the shape of a creature such as a spider, scorpion, snake, beetle or have a more humanoid outline or characteristics like a monkey or a gremlin. These entities can nestle into our energy field because it has been opened through our own vulnerabilities and even though they may not necessarily be bad in themselves they are non serving and take up space where energy would normally flow or suck energy out of the field leaving the person feeling empty and depleted.
Other ways non-serving energy manifests are as sticky tar like goo or mucus, blocks of solidified energy in all kinds of shapes, jagged or scratchy formations, or energy “scars”.
Imagine if you had never washed how much dirt would be ingrained in your skin and hair and if you never cleaned your house for years how much dust and debris and little critters would live in it – have your ever watched the TV program “How Clean is Your House?”. Shudder….
It’s the same with energy. Many people never use any methods of clearing their own energy by using breathing exercises, meditation or tai chi for example, so they are walking around with years and years worth of energetic debris attached to them. Couple this with a poor connection to mother earth and you have an unstable and unhealthy situation.
One of the best things about working with a person’s aura is being able to actually do something practical about setting them free and clearing out unwanted forms of energy. There are many ways to do this but the first key is really to have enough sensitivity to be aware of these intrusions and what their characteristics are before lifting them out of the energy field. Once the intrusions have been lifted out, the energy field needs cleaning and repairing. Then fresh energy is brought into it to fill the space where the intrustion was and the area sealed up to stop further intrusions taking place.
